TERMS AND CONDITIONS - All orders are to be confirmed via email. - 50% deposit (based on the minimum cost) is required before designing commences - Design photos will be sent to client for approval as well as a quote for any additional costs - Once approved, the balance of payment is required before printing commences - Proof of payment to be sent to hello@cmspecialmoments.co.za - CM Special Moments will not be responsible for any spelling mistakes or any picture mistakes - it is each client's responsibility to check all designs - Please keep in mind that orders take a minimum of 7 working days to produce from date of payment.
- Should a client wish to cancel their order after designing has commenced, a cancellation fee of 30% will be charged
